EE app help page not loading.

Just recently updated my EE app and now the help tab won’t load on the iPhone app. I’ve reinstalled and also reset my phone with no success. Anyone else facing the same issue?

My EE app is saying that I need to link a device, this wasn’t happening a week ago and it’s really inconveniencing me. I’m a University student and I can’t see how much data I have less due to this!! This is extremely frustrating!!

Won't allow me to link my sim to my ee id says that my details don't match my billing information what do I need to do

So,  on the 16th of April, i called EE as i was getting multiple calls from random numbers saying i called them when i didnt. I called EE to report this and they said i could either change my number or block all the numbers i dont recognise. Frustrat...
