I am experiencing login issues with both the EE app and the website. For your reference, I have attached screenshots of the error messages I encounter when attempting to log in.

@shafaqatkhan , if you are having log in issues with the app and website, I would suggest ringing customer service and ask them to refresh your account, make sure that you have the latest app.
