Hi, could EE team please share the link to pay off our Flexi plan in (smaller) instalments
My broadband contract is nearly up and I'd like to upgrade both at the same time
I tried to make payments on EE app and it said no payments to be made. Rest greyed out
Unable to find payment section online

If you contact EE Customer Services, they can facilitate clearing your Flex Pay balance or making payments toward the balance if you cannot do so through the App or Website.
If you wish to upgrade, you would need to clear the remaining balance in a single payment.

@Vincenzo1180 there is no link to pay towards the device part of the flex pay contract. At present you have to call customer support to make a payment. This would have been explained to you when you took out the flex pay contract had you of asked. I believe it’s also in the T&Cs of the agreement you made with the device contract agreement.
