I have 4 lines with o2 as they run out I want to bring them over to EE. I did the 1st one no problem when the 2nd ran out tried to bring it over and got the another message. Called customer services they confirmed I am eligible for 2 more lines it’s a know glitch and will be sorted in 24 hrs. Almost 2 months later and still can’t bring over any more line I now have 2 that I can switch but just keep getting the run arround. Every guide says I am eligible but they can’t do it they fill in a form and say call back tomorrow after 10am call and the circle starts again. Starting to regret my decision to switch

Sorry to hear of the experience you're facing transferring your numbers to us. 
You've done the right thing getting in touch with Customer Service to follow up on the form that has been raised. 
Once they have a resolution the team will contact you to continue with adding the other lines.

Well over a week and still not herd a thing maybe I should try Vodafone instead 😞
