Flex pay

Hi…. I paid off my  Flex Pay contract in full 2 months ago.  I have had a few texts asking for payment since, and now quite threatening texts stating I am in debit owing 2 months.  I phoned last month to make sure it was all paid and was informed there was nothing showing on my account so not to worry about payment demands. This is really worrying me as I don’t want to have bad credit!

If you still have access to your online account, you could take a look to ensure there is no outstanding balance.
