says my accounts be closed for about 4 months now,, i had the  contract for a while and cant see my data and calls on the app obvs and cant see when my contract ends or anything but still getting charged

Liars EE back on their word

As you can see from screenshots they have gone back on their words and turned me off and asking for money absolute joke who would I speak to higher up to get this rectified would it be like citizen advise or somthing ??

Resolved! Changing direct debit

Think someone should finally point this out cause it’s seriously starting to annoy me, ee says if you want to change your direct debit you need to click the top right button and press options that aren’t even there….  as you can see there’s no option...

what is it with the phone number 01438 989231 claiming to be EE and then hanging up as soon as they introduce themselves. ive had 2 today and a few others over the last week
