Hi, my services were suspended as had outstanding bill to pay- I have paid the amount to get services reinstated on Thursday 2/10, however my services are still showing suspended and bill still shows as overdue on my EE account even though I had email confirmation stating bill had been paid- can anyone advise? I thought it may take 24 hours to get everything up and running again but still have no way of using my phone unless I’m in the house on WiFi- thanks!

Hi @RH94 

Did you clear the full balance due on your account, or only a previous outstanding balance, i.e. once you made the payment did it change the balance that was showing? 

If there are any new bills generated while you have an outstanding balance, this will usually need to be cleared too if it has reached the due date (8 days after bill is generated). Please clear this balance for your services to be reinstated, or call Customer Service to discuss options if you need more time. 

If you had already cleared the full balance on your account, you'll need to wait for the payment to show on your account before the restriction is lifted.
