I'm trying to view my bill and other information
However, when I try to sign in, the website either constantly refreshes and get stuck in a cycle, or I get a passcode sent to my phone and then get the 'birth date' error, even though I never even enter my birth date?
Furthermore, when I try ringing 150, I get sent a link, which then says its expired... only to be advised to ring 150.
Any guidance would be good?! Am I missing something or is this a bit ridiculous.
