I'm trying to view my bill and other information
However, when I try to sign in, the website either constantly refreshes and get stuck in a cycle, or I get a passcode sent to my phone and then get the 'birth date' error, even though I never even enter my birth date?
Furthermore, when I try ringing 150, I get sent a link, which then says its expired... only to be advised to ring 150.
Any guidance would be good?! Am I missing something or is this a bit ridiculous.

Please clear your browser cookies and cache, close and reopen the page and try again. If it's still refreshing please try an alternative browser.
If you need to call 150, please select option 2 as your first option. This should take you through the traditional IVR allowing you to reach an agent. They will be able to check your online account access and make sure it has been set up correctly.
