I have been trying all day to pay an outstanding bill all day today and these past few days. I keep getting a reoccurring problem; where after I verify my number it does not take me to the next page where I can pay. It just takes me to a blank EE home page. And if I try again I get the message “An error occurred, please try again later. If this error continues to occur please contact us, with the following error code. Error Code: 00-9d0f252930806111df411096542aa697-7d8d4f5e0ec398f1-00”. I am abroad and my phone number has been suspended due to this unpaid bill, so I cannot call support and the online chat bot is unresponsive. I really need urgent help to sort this. I cannot find an email for support. I just want to pay this off asap.
