My EE app isn't working and hasn't been for days. I need to check everyone's data and share it about. Anyone else having this problem?

@Isaac67 If your having login issues to the my EE app have you tried login in to your online account via a PC ? If this still doesn’t work give customer services a call and request they reset your online account.

If you have an Android device then go into settings -apps/applications - find the myEE app, then clear the cache/data.

For a communication company they really are bad.

@Jlubbock It’s working for me. As it’s the app and online account you’ll need to call customer services about this. Your account probably just needs a reset.
