Why does the EE website never work?

Doesn't matter if I am on my phone or computer, this website never works. I just get errors saying I can't log in or the same page loads over and over again, no matter what link I click. At this point I just want to upgrade my plan and instead I might just change providers. Anyone else always having this issue?

I am logged in. I am looking to upgrade my phone and check my bill.

I click a link to go to mobiles in the shop and the page has a header and footer but the middle bit is missing. For a company of this size, you must be the laughing stock of the industry. This is the second day I have been trying. It seems like this is a long term problem that is costing you a lot of money. I need to order a phone in the next day.

It's been broken for me to for years, reported it dozens of times but never works. I eventually left suppliers, will be doing the same when my mobile phone contracts are up.

Multiple devices, multiple isps, still can't check account online.

Same problem only the Internet is hanging more often than not on channel catch up playbacks. It is way too frequent on the Google sign in page too. I got sent four  6 digit numbers to enter both in email and on messages at the same time with no way to enter either correctly.  Writing this on my mob not laptop. Nuff said. Think I preferred their (now) partners. Shoddy service

Perhaps I can draw the DEVs attention to some of the many hundred JS and Cookie errors currently on the website EE Errors.png

The whole site is riddled with out of date code and script errors

Customer service stop advising customers to try another browser and are you logged in, just fix the dam site

No why should we call, a lot of us like to have all the information in front of us in writing so we can compare and choose plans at our own pace and make an informed decision before agreeing to another long term contract, we do not want to be bombarded with information over the phone or take a day off to listen to the sales scripts of your in store colleagues.  I have been trying to upgrade/change plan since mid July as my contract expired on 18th August but that as been impossible and now I am stuck paying full price on a expired contract. 

I have already made a complaint and after weeks of investigation the best result they could come up with was give us a call or pop in store, its ridiculous. I made my contract online and I should be able to fully manage all aspects of it online.

You just need to fix your website

Next step is complaints to Ofcom and financial ombudsman see if the risk of losing money puts you into action

I've been trying to upgrade my Broadband since January. Every time I try to, the website and app both tell me there is a technical problem and to call.

Like others have said I prefer to have the numbers in front of me to compare.

Fix the website!

Yesss that’s exactly what I’m saying…I’ve got like 3 different email addresses coz it wouldn’t accept my actual email address…HEAD DOER 😝😉😜🤜👊🤛

Yes l am having same problem my contact run out soon and l can not see the offers they have . I might just go with Vodafone
