Doesn't matter if I am on my phone or computer, this website never works. I just get errors saying I can't log in or the same page loads over and over again, no matter what link I click. At this point I just want to upgrade my plan and instead I might just change providers. Anyone else always having this issue?

Hey there @robwnesbittuk, thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community.
Is it only when you go to pay your bill that you get these errors, or are you unable to log in full stop?
Also if you have a mobile account with us too, are you able to see these details correctly?

Thanks for confirming that for me, @robwnesbittuk.
I appreciate this may not be an option, but have you tried using a different card to see if this gives the same errors?

Wow! over a year now and the website and app are still unuseable... my phone contract is up in 11 days and I won't be upgrading, since that's not possible anyway. oh, next month my broadband is up for renewal too.... guess who wont be getting that contract....

Hi @eesucks14
I am sorry you are experiencing issues with your EE account.
Do you get an error message when you log in?
Have you previously reported the issues to our tech guides?
Leanne 🙂

The site is just so poor!
Has it ever been tested by the developers?
I try and navigate and it's like it's been built as a school project.
Whatever framework has been used is TERRIBLE!
75% of the pages I'm served are just header and footer, no content, try a refresh and it goes to a completely different URL
USELESS!

At this point I have come to the conclusion the errors must be on purpose, mods, technical team and customer support know about this and it as been going on for years and just getting worse.
They don't want you to manage your account by yourself they just want you to call them, my contract ended on 14th August but absolutely no way of changing my contract unless I call them or go in store, so still being charged full price on a expired contract.
I wonder if Ofcom are aware of this

I recently heard an advert promoting EE as Britain's leading digital company. I cried a little.
The website is astonishingly bad and seems to be using Iframes, which were outdated in the early 2000s.
It's embarrassing.
This has been ongoing for many years now. I remember being told it was my fault somehow, at least 5 years ago. I don't want to clear my cache, I want you to fix the problem and please EE, don't jump in here and act like it's the first time you're hearing about this and suggesting it's specific to me. It's not, I know it, you know it. Apologise and fix it instead of gas lighting everyone Post Office style.
