Why can't I see my bill online?

I've been trying for a few days to log on and see my bill but everytime I press the button to "view bill" it just sends me to a black screen saying that it can't be loaded. I've also tried texting 150 for my bill and gotten nothing from there as well. What is going on?

@IHateThisPlace_ : There's a space char. in the URL you are typing or being sent to. Probably a glitch in the app.

Try editing out the '%20' in that URL and accept it.

Hi @IHateThisPlace_ I'm sorry to see that you're having trouble viewing your bill.

Do you get the same screen when you try to view your bill via your My EE app and when you log in through a web page?

I don't have the app because I don't have the space to download another app on my phone, it is on the website it won't load my bill page.

@IHateThisPlace_

Is it only the latest bill you're unable to view/download, or are you facing issues with historical bills too?

I think it's only my latest bill, in the URL there's two symbols that shouldn't be there and it's messing up the link so it won't load.

You can edit them out.

No one should have to edit their shoddy coding work just to get their account to work correctly on their website, that's my point 🙄
