Trying to cancel insurance

On month 22 in trying to cancel my insurance but the cancel button on chubb insurance page just reloads my add ons.

is it a store thing only or do i need to wait to month 24

If you're looking to cancel the insurance please call us on 150 and the team will go through your options with you.
