Viewing documents for a repair

I've been sent a text message saying a document about a repair on my phone and tells me to log in but I don't know where to find the document.

Welcome to the Community

You can track your repair at Track your Repair | EE where you can also view any documents relating to your repair. 

All you need is your IMEI or Booking reference number, and your postcode.
