I ordered a new phone as an upgrade yesterday (pixel 10 pro, if it matters). I recieved a text today saying there are documents to view in my account and to log in. But the documents are no where to be found.
I have tried manage > view full usage. There is no section for documents.
I have tried manage > mobile & sims, and there is no section for documents.
I have looked everywhere else in the app and there are no documents or documents section that I can see. In fact there is no acknowledgement that I have ordered an upgrade at all, other than the order status tracking. The plan details etc are all still my current plan, not the upgraded plan.
Where can I find these 'documents'? I presume they are the agreements for flexpay/for the new plan which I've already read and signed, but I'd like to be able to access them.

@BadHairBear , I would suggest speaking to customer service about this, as it should be there, strange it is not for you.

Hi Chris,
I don't have 'see your plan and devices' under manage > billing. Only the options to see bill in detail, download my most recent bill, see payment history, manage my direct debit or make a payment.
