Confusing Mobile Upgrade Situation

Hello

i placed an order today to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max

I got a confirmation email fine

but the screen after placing the order said EE need to talk to me

but when i rung 150 they could not seem to advise what is going on and did not know why i needed to ring

Any ideas

has my order worked?

I had the same message show up and when I check my orders it doesn’t show anything. Did you manage to speak with them to find out what’s going on? I paid some money upfront aswell and it’s come out of my account and I have email confirmation of the order.
