Upgrade issues

One of the devices under my contract is due to be upgraded today (09/10/24) but it keeps coming up on the EE website and the EE app "we currently have nothing available for me to upgrade." Just wondering if this is something that's popped up before

I'm sorry that it isn't showing your available plans, it sounds like this could be related to your account. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team, or popping into your nearest EE Store, so that our guides can check what is available for you.

Wouldn't it just make more sense for you to fix the website issues your end i have been trying for months to upgrade as I do not have a store near me and I have been unable to. I paid extra to be able to upgrade anytime which I haven't been able to do
