Unable To Access My EE

When I log into my EE online it just gives me this error code:
There seems to be a problem...

When I try to access My Bill or most things on the EE app it gives me an error without an error code and tells me to refresh the page or to try again later or to call EE.

Please report this to our customer care team on 150, they can raise a support ticket if needed to get this looked into.

I have called them multiple times now and still they have done nothing. Same answer each time with "We are working on it" and "There are other people with the same issue". 

I wanted to move my broadband to EE as their offers are better than the competitors but with this going on I am thinking of leaving EE entirely.
