Unable To Access My EE

When I log into my EE online it just gives me this error code:
There seems to be a problem...

Sorry, we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try refreshing the page. You can still visit the other areas of EE.

(10-001)
When I try to access My Bill or most things on the EE app it gives me an error without an error code and tells me to refresh the page or to try again later or to call EE.
