I have received a text message for weeks now since upgrading saying a device agreement document is now available. Log in to view. I cannot for the life in me find this document anywhere.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂
Could you log into your EE account online through a web browser, then select home page > Plans & subscriptions >Manage mobile > Included in plans then if you scroll to the bottom and on device section, click the dropdown for show details. Do you have the documents showing?

Hi thanks for your help. Unfortunately what I’m supposed to read isn’t there. I’ll have to call them tomorrow.

Hey.
I did an upgrade yesterday online. I haven’t received the order yet but I got a text this morning saying I could view the documents online yet when I got to find them I can’t find them anywhere.

It should update within a couple of days of you receiving the order.

Yes I have the phone. A number of months ago. I’ve tried and given up on finding the document a few times 😂
