Very poor website.

EE should improve your website. Whenever I try to use your mobile app. Either it doesn't open or it always makes an error as Request Timed Out. Apart from that if I want to use webpage its the same scenario. I can't check my usage. Once it works. When trying to navigate again for further information its not even opening. Please make your mobile and webapp responsive. We pay so much for the services but nothing on getting the information by ourself.

Welcome to the community.

I'm not aware of any issues with the EE App like this. Could you try updating the app in your phone's app store, or delete and redownload it please?
