Upon opening the EE app I noticed a number in there that I did not recognise, and after a call with 150 we worked out it was an old watch that was cancelled years ago. I wasn't able to interract with it or do anything but see the number, but wanted to call this out in case anyone is searching the forums for a similar reason.
I recommend calling 150 to make sure it is an old watch and not a fraudster, but just to put anyone else's fears at ease! Has anyone else experienced this issue, if so, what was your number from?

Hi there @DanielHodgkins
Thanks for coming to the community and sharing your experience.
I am sure this will be helpful to other customers with a smart watch as this shows a different number for billing purposes.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Can happen from time to time in the app where it will show any and all numbers that were ever linked to the account.
I had it where it showed my 2 existing lines, alongside the number that was previously on my SIM before I ported my current number in, an old SIM I had cancelled, and a cancelled smartwatch data plan.
Purely a visual bug as when you select one of the numbers in question, the app just gives an error.
Likely just not filtering the list correctly from the account to the user interface.
