The EE online shop is non existant. I select new phones and it says to login to MyEE, which I already am.
Not getting anywhere with this. EE have really gone downhill. I should be able to view ALL New phones available and look at what deals are n offer, but not able to get to this.
The EE contact is hard to get through to as well.
I think it is time to move to a more customer focussed service provider.
