Unable to register on my EE

I have just placed a new sim in my phone but keeping my old number but it will not send a passcode to my number to allow me to link devices - any ideas ?

Attempting to. I gave my PAC code when buying the EE Sim. I'm currently on the EE SIM number and unable to link it to my account.

Yes. I texted NUMBER to 150 to confirm I'm currently on the temporary number and not my normal number that I requested to be ported.

Yes. Every time when I try and link the EE Sim to my account.

If you give us a call on 150, the team will help you register the number to your My EE account.

Will do Leanne. Thanks for your help. I've been with most other operators and never had this issue which is disappointing.

Hi - thank you for replying - yes I used an old number from a different network and got a sim from EE 

when I try to register and send a passcode to my mobile nothing comes though and I am getting NN on the EE app at the top -
