Unable to register on my EE

I have just placed a new sim in my phone but keeping my old number but it will not send a passcode to my number to allow me to link devices - any ideas ?

Thanks for coming here 🙂

Did you upgrade and receive a new SIM card to keep the same number? 

If so, you won't need to link the SIM card as this will have the same login details you have used previously with EE. 

Or, have you ordered a new EE SIM card and transferring your number from another network?

Hi, I also have the same issue. I just got a new sim and registered a new account and unable to link.

This could be a different query as the other posts are pay as you go accounts. What happens when you try and set up a My EE account? 

Have you transferred your number from another network?
