Been unable to use the EE app for ages.Thinking of going elsewhere!!!!!!! 

PS WANTED AN UPGRADE BUT YOU HAVE BLOWN THAT!

I am sorry you have been unable to access the EE app when you wanted to look at upgrading. 

Can you access the app this morning? If not, do you get an error message? Can you log into your EE account online and view available upgrade options?
