This new app is shocking , all I want is old app back so easy to use , now all I can do is chat to people 

it’s says your app is being improved 

I just want check usage , bills , add ons , up grades 

instead of ask a question !! Who ever thought to change to this is a joke 

my ee app pointless now

I couldn’t agree with you more, so much so I’ve asked for a PAC code to leave, the old app was so simple, I could go on it and knew instantly how much data, calls etc I had, now I can’t find anything 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Text BALANCE or AL to 150, it can often be a lot quicker than using an app.

The "new app" is a waste of my time, can only view my profile data, cannot access bills usage etc. I contacted the billing and technical departments, but after 2 months no change. 

I have had enough and moved my number to another provider and will be doing the same with my wife's number.
