This new app is shocking , all I want is old app back so easy to use , now all I can do is chat to people
it’s says your app is being improved
I just want check usage , bills , add ons , up grades
instead of ask a question !! Who ever thought to change to this is a joke

If you are unable to access your My EE app, can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?
If not, what happens when you log in?
Can you access your My EE account online?

YES ! the latest mobile app is absolutely rubbish !!!! the old app was brilliant, but now it won't open, then takes ages to load or just stops. I've tried uninstalling & installing 4/5 times and nothing. Even called 150 & they didn't have a clue.
I need it to work because my daughter is type 1 diabetic & i needed to gift her data. I can do it on my laptop, so i guess i don't need the app !!! No good when we're away ! Fed up with ee at the moment & thinking about going back to O2, they we're great.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the EE app.
Are you able to access your My EE online via your phone internet?
Did you report this to our technical care team?

It has to be the worst app and website for a big company... Its a total shambles. I've been trying to upgrade now for 4 weeks lol still can't do it. Riding out the last few weeks of my contact then moving to 3...if EE don't want the extra money from me, I'll happily give it to someone else
