The ee app is not working yet again.Live chat was so unhelpful giving me impossible advice sending me stupid links.I have had 4 mini strikes really don’t need this ee.Inly wanna know how much my bill is.The app hasn’t worked for over 24 hrs plus I never ever get more than half a bar signal.Time to leave I think😡

Have you tried logging into your online account.
You can also text BA to 150 for the balance and BILL for your current bill.

Thank you.Tried to log in way too much today my heads spinning.It takes forever to load then says it’s our fault not yours.Please try again later.Leaving ee too many problems lately.

I bloody agree all I want to do is get into my account fgs this is a joke , are they getting this App off Fujitsu
