@Harry933 You change this via your online account not via the EE app.
You can change this setting in your online account settings. Menu - Account settings -manage numbers

Hi
Manage numbers only allows me to delete number not change the bill payer. Any other way you can think of?

Hi @DSC12
It should allow you to do it in there. If it doesn't, I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can update it for you.

No you cannot do this yourself. It is set up by EE!
I contacted EE by phone to get it sorted. Was told the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, but it is NOT resolved!
Now what?

Hi @AliceSmith100
Welcome to the community.
When you go to the Manage Numbers section of your EE Online account, does it show that you're the bill payer? I've linked it to take you straight there.
Chris
