EE Small business- no access to bills via accout

Is anyone else not able to link a device, access bills or manage add-ons via the EE app or website?

I have called support monthly (at least) for five months and all I get told is that they are aware of the issue. So frustrated. Looking for an alternative network when the contract ends in November if not sorted soon. Terrible customer service.

Hello @AndrewWillson ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you rung customer service and asked them to refresh your account? You can then register and should be able to log into the account via the app? Also via the website, once an account refresh has been done.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for that - that has been tried. Apparently there is a system fault that means some Small Business accounts aren’t working properly.

Hi Andrew,

Did you ever get a resolution for this?  I am in exactly the same position. For a couple of months EE did send me paper bills but I am now missing June and July.

Cheers,

Debbie

Hi @AmberwellT

If you speak with our small business customer support team, they'll be able to look into this to try and get it working for you. They'll be able to check what's happening with those paper bills too, and send copies, if needed.

Chris

Sorry Chris but the whole lack of customer support means I have been with Vodafone for the last 8 months or so!

Sent from my Iphone (so please excuse any predictive text errors!)
Hi Debbie
I gave up with EE stating it will get sorted but not actually being able to tell me when.
I gave up last November and am now happy (as happy as anyone can be with a phone provider) with Vodafone.
Good luck

Cheers William,

I spoke to Small Business Customer Services and they are still saying that it is with the developers and will be resolved soon, but no date. I am getting pages and pages of paper invoices.

No.  It's been broken for a large number (possibly most) of small business and other customers for about one and a half years.  EE have made no attempt to reach out and explain the problem, there's no timeline for a fix.  Whenever I've called to complain I've received apologies but that's it.

As far as I can tell EE no longer support viewing your bill or managing your account online.

None of the 'ee community representatives' with their 'have you tried contacting support?' and 'have you tried complaining or calling customer services?' have fixed anything.

I'll be leaving in November when my contact is up for renewal, they clearly don't care.
