The worst service provider website I've ever come across

Am I the only one utterly fed up with the EE website and app? Nothing works properly. Firstly it can be almost impossible to log in. The process of entering username, password and passcode can be completed but more often than not the process just takes me back to the site homepage with a request to login. This applies to both the website when using my laptop and when using the app on my phone. If the login process does actually let me in to my account it can then be almost impossible to navigate to new pages or access information I need. It either just keeps me in the same location time after time or takes me back to the home page with another request to login. Even if I do manage to navigate to the page I need the whole thing is badly designed and laid out. I have used many service provider websites for banks, BT, water company, energy providers, motor and home insurers, NHS, vehicle satellite trackers, breakdown service providers, car dealers, HMRC, DVLA etc etc and never have I come across anything as unpredictable, unreliable and badly designed as the EE offering. None of my current service provider websites present any problems at all apart from EE. It really does need sorting out. And the usual, try clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different browser just won't wash with me (anyway I've tried both with no success). It is the website and app that are the problem. I never had any issues like this while I was with BT and now regret making the switch a few months ago as I was persuaded to do. If it doesn't improve it will be a deal breaker when my contract is up for renewal.

I actually just posted the above comment, logged out of the website and got the confirmation screen telling me I'd done so, browsed around a bit, then hit the browser back button a few times to find I'm still logged in and able to post this comment.

That's how bad it is!

It really is appalling isn't it. It took me three attempts to log in here now. Just lately I've started seeing messages appear when I try and log in. Today, rather than just take me straight back to the login page it told me a system error had occurred. The other day when I tried to login using the app on my phone it said "the app is not behaving as expected". I really laughed because actually it was behaving exactly as expected by not logging me in properly. I wonder how long it will be until they actually admit the website is cr*p and do something about it. We could be forgiven for thinking it is a delberate ploy to stop us managing our accounts properly.

The website is pure garbage and not fit for purpose. Half the time I try to access a page while logged in it gets stuck in a redirect loop and won't load the page, and the other half I usually can't do the action I came there to do. I have never been able to upgrade my phone via the website and always have to end up spending an hour on the phone with them.

It really makes me want to use any other company.

The EE website is actually cancer.

It absolutely and actually is nothing of the sort. To call your comment dramatic would be insulting to professional actors.

The website is one of the more buggy ones out there, I agree.

I left EE this week after 15 years, because of there website, I want to login, pay my bill and leave, but they keep changing it, stuff doesn't work, keep getting kick out of my bill page, last straw this week was, there webpage had an error during payment process, left me with an unpaid bill and my taken my money from my account. Even if it is pending a week later still not returned.

Since BT got there hands on ee, there gone down hill. Now I pay £9 for the same service as ee, but I save almost a tenner a month.
