Data allowance question

Hi,

I'm on the £10 30-day Plan (I pay £9 as I've got it set up to pay automatically) .

However, the EE website says I have 36.9 GB data left until 11/11/26 (20GB + 16GB bonus + rollover) and the 'AL' texting service says '69.9GB'. Which is correct? I'm guessing the website? Why do they say different things?

If the 36.9Gb figure seems to fit what you expect to have rolled over on top of your plan and rollover data, it does seem that would be the correct one. We have no account access via these forums to check your account to confirm which is correct and why they might show different figures, but they should be reporting the same figure.

I would recommend getting in touch with our pay as you go team who will be able to check and confirm your data allowance and help look into this issue.
