I get the following error message when trying to access certain areas of the website such as 'Shop':
Sorry, looks like a technical error
Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and we’ll try to get things sorted.
It only occurs when I'm logged into my account but prevents me upgrading/adding new products. I've called ther number but there's no option for technical issues like this, no department I spoke to has been able to help.
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to get it resolved?

I can’t access the Broadband Deals or Broadband & TV Deals pages, as I get the same error that was being displayed a year ago. Is EE not looking to sell products anymore? I’m reluctant now to even consider moving to EE because of all these issues, as I can only assume the broadband would be just as unreliable.

Hi @adhdave,
We want to make sure you're able to see all of our products, so I can understand your frustration that this is happening. Are you able to try viewing this page on another browser, or clearing your cookies and cache, to see if this helps at all?

It doesn't work on my mobile, my laptop or desktop. The issue isn't at my end.

I'm having the same issue, I can't see broadband deals when logged into my account. I have cleared cookies and cache and I have tried different browsers and different devices, but I keep getting the same error. It seems the issue is not at the user's end and it's shocking it hasn't been resolved when it was reported nearly a year ago.

I simply changed supplier, not being able to manage your account online and having to ring 150 all the time to report issues got tiring.
I've had this issue for years,

I've changed suppliers as well. My contract ends this month, and I'm not staying with a supplier that doesn't even have a functioning website to manage your account.

I've had this problem for ages and thought it was just me! It's crazy as I was potentially going to move from Sky to EE TV but didn't as I couldn't access any pricing through the website because of the error. It's only with broadband and TV I get the "Sorry, looks like a technical error", so I'm guessing it's something to do with the old EE/new EE nonsense. I spoke to technical support and they just said that I could buy over the phone if I wanted to! 🙈

Same issue here. I use EE for 4 mobile accounts and am considering flipping from Sky Q to EETV - but I get the same error which poer this thread is years old and unresolved, which gives me zero confidence that the service will be reliable so I guess I'll take my biz elsewhere.

I'm having the same issue. I've started moving the family's phones to a different provider as they expire.
When I raise a PAC, I get a call. The most recent tried to 'give me a good deal if I let EE take over my broadband'. The EE website does not give me confidence that moving more products to EE is a good idea.
They need to invest some money in their online experience.
