I get the following error message when trying to access certain areas of the website such as 'Shop':
Sorry, looks like a technical error
Please call us on <a href="tel:08009566000">0800 956 6000</a> and we’ll try to get things sorted.
It only occurs when I'm logged into my account but prevents me upgrading/adding new products. I've called ther number but there's no option for technical issues like this, no department I spoke to has been able to help.
Has anyone else experienced this or know how to get it resolved?

Please give our Customer Service a call on 150 where a guide in the technical team can check your online access is set up correctly, and if needed raise a ticket for this to be investigated and fixed.

I’m also having the same problem so clearly it’s an EE site wide issue and not an individual customer problem.
Ive already had multiple accounts set up just to try and view my bill for BB. In the end they had to set up a whole new account using a different email address but this them ment I lost the original joining offers as they couldn’t apply them as I’d been given multiple accounts which didn’t transfer the offer over.
Now I’ve been getting this issue since joining I’m wanting to price up tv and sim only deals in my own time not to be pressured on the phone by a sales team. But I’m forced to log in when going on your website and then just get the same message. Your call centres say no issues but it took you a year just so I could see my bill.
like others doesn’t provide hope that things will be set up and billed correctly if you can’t even give us access to your website. You’d think you would sort this asap if you wanted our money but clearly not.
