So I'm having a hard time sorting my upgrade out.
I've been a loyal customer since 2013 and always used the 'Live Chat'. I can see it's no longer available?
What is the alternative to sorting this via online because I have extreme anxiety than prohibits me from calling 150. Which is why the chat was always perfect.
I'm due for a standard upgrade now but every single options says;
Sorry ******, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.
This is a pain as I could've had my new upgrade by now!
I've tries multiple browsers, multiple devices too. I can only assume it's a bug with the website/app?
I've messaged Facebook team, they take ages to respond! Please can you sort this out ASAP for me.

@Jaydee1512 A live chat is still available and you need to log into your online account and wait for a live chat window to pop up. Only if an agent is free to chat will you be able to chat with them you cannot initiate this yourself.

If you are on contract just click "Contact EE" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
