Hi,
I am trying to upgrade on-line and it won't allow me to apply my new EE Perk code to the upgrade, the package i am trying to take does not have any discount pre-aplied yet I get the following error:
Code entered is not applicable with this data plan. Please beware that certain codes aren't applicable if discounts are already applied.
Help appreciated

It does sound like it is being recognised as a discounted plan for some reason. I'd recommend speaking to our customer care team on 150 so they can check your account and the code and make sure there isn't anything else stopping the discount working.

Which plan are you trying to add the Perk discount to?
Have you tried in both the EE app and through the website?

It is Google pixel 9 pro 256gb in obsidian, from looking, none of the plans are discounted when looking.
