This has been going on for months. When I log in to MyEE and then click on 'date usage' or 'extra charges' it just comes up with a blank page that stays blank no matter how many times I refresh it. Honestly EE, if you're trying to get everyone to do everything online, at least make the most basic functions work. And yes, I've tried logging out and then back in, switching it on/off again, all the usual. It's still rubbish. At least that's one consistency on your website I suppose...
