If you are having trouble with the app and the website, it does point to it being something that needs to be looked at on your account.
I'd recommend trying to delete the app, and try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, and try another browser to see if that helps.
If it doesn't, please contact our tech guides, who can look into how your online account is set up, and if they need to, open a ticket to have it looked at further.
