Cannot access usage on new app

I need to check on a phone number I have called and usually go into my usage and it shows the number time of call etc. 

since new app this isn’t showing now, what do I do?

@Jodi3-B23  Look at your call history on your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’m not thick! It’s disappeared off there so went to check my calls on my usage as know it would show up on there. BUT since new app it’s not showing up as an option and tried in the app and different search engines and all the same. 

please only comment if it’s actually helpful advice

I am having the same problem to and am getting no luck with someone else trying to solve this problem. The desktop site doesn’t work on my phone only on a computer. 
Surely EE should be able to resolve this problem quickly as it worked on the app version before this new one.

Are you able to try another browser?

 

What section are you trying to access when it can't load the information?
