Are Menu and Account Settings no longer available? When touching on the 3 horizontal line link on the top left of this site it offers My EE and not Menu or Account Settings anywhere

Which Account Setting are you trying to get to.

@HollowayRoad Click my EE as that’s your account. From there you can access your account information

Hi, yes logged in. On Google it says " Online: You can get a PAC Code from EE by logging in to the My EE website. Once you've logged in, go to Menu > Account settings > "
I can't see Menu or Account Settings so maybe Google has this wrong.

Are you using a Phone (Model?) Or Laptop/PC
Do you mean PUK or PAC Code you would normally either Call or Text to get your PAC Code if your leaving EE.
