Website login loop

I have been trying to login to manage my mobile phone account.  I click on manage and it sends me in a constant 'login' loop when I am already logged in.

I have phoned EE 3 times. The first guy said 'I'm not surprised', the second said 'that's strange, I haven't come across that before.  The third 'I'm sorry this is happening to you'.  WITH NO SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM.

One on my phone contracts ended today and the whole account has been wiped, I had no opportunity to download any information that I needed.

@melly-melchy  have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I hadn't tried that yet, I didn't even think about trying that.

What I did do, yesterday, was make yet another call to EE.
The response was the issue has now been escalated.
I have just tried to login again and, I can now login to manage my phones
but they have now wiped my broadband. 😶

I really do not know what EE are about, it appears that they don't either.
