Shockingly awful website - keeps crashing??

Is anyone else struggling with the website for the last few weeks? I need to upgrade online because I have a friends and family code to use which only works online. But the website is CONSTANTLY crashing. It’s been weeks now - it’s not even accepting the code today. Please can someone help?
