I have gone through the process on the App to link my mobile phone. After doing this it states I am already linked but it does not show up any information regarding my account or contract.
Any help with rectifying this would be much appreciated

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble linking your phone with your My EE account, we have a webpage specifically for linking EE products which you can find here
I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 so that one of our guides can get your phone number linked with your account.
