It is taking me 2/3 goes to log into the app then it won’t let me see any account details, bills, gift data or buy add ons.I’m out of data now and can’t gift through my other phone as I always do. I can’t pay my flexi plan as I pay by card through the app. The website is showing same issue. This has now been two weeks and I’m sick of complaining through web form. Guidance from customer services is also unhelpful as they can’t have a clue what the issue is. When is this going to be resolved!

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
