No warning of app downtime. Unable to apply data, just top up my credit on 360. Outrageous from the 'best'. Sunday morning once a week not enough?

@BDPM When EE takes accounts offline it’ll affect the app as the app is a link to your account. EE do this when they will cause the least disruption to the majority of customers. So that’s going to be late at night. There will always be some like yourself that want access when this is done but you are in the minority so will have to wait until accounts are back online.
