Lost me as a customer

It is my mums birthday at end of this month and I was looking forward to getting her a new iPhone 15 as she is still on her 11. As I was about to head for checkout I was informed that I am unable to use EE financing for an unknown reason. The last step before checkout. Sigh. I have purchased an iPhone 17 pro in the past with no issues and have used my verified ID account. It’s appalling and I just came here to say EE has lost me as a customer, I will cancel my account soon as I don’t want to deal with unnecessary hassle like this. What a shame.

@Kaws63  That’s because you have a credit limit and as EE are a responsible lender they’ll not allow you to go beyond what they believe is your limit.       If you choose to cancel your account you’ll be paying off what you owe on the current contract in full.     Other places sell phones,

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
