@ELEAZAR1 , you can view your bills, by clicking on manage and then bills, there is a drop down so you can choose which ones you want. To view. You can also drop this via the App.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Why can’t I see my bills from January 24 to January 25

Hi @Katell 

You should be able to view and download the bills for the past 12 months in the EE app or on the website.

What happens when you are logged in and trying to view them?
