Just bought a sim card 1 week ago, but failed to link my device many times in the App or website! One more problem is there are no any account info except profile!

If you speak with our Mobile Care team on 150, they'll try and update and link everything from our side for you.

How does one fund the Mobile Care Team - it is not clear all.

@FixitPlease If you have an EE mobile you can call our team on 150, if you have any other phone you can call them on 07953 966 150. When calling you can use option 1 to use our visual menu to select what you need help with, or option 2 to use the traditional audio menu.
