Won’t let me upgrade on the app or website

Every time I try to upgrade I get an ‘oops sorry we can’t process that’ or something similar. I have a code to use so I can’t do it over the phone. Tried on my laptop, phone and app and non work.

You can report it to them by calling 150 from an EE phone or by clicking the Technical Support link that @James_B posted. That will give you some other contact numbers and methods.

im having this same issue everything is saying no stock even the worst phones they have im about ready too leave EE never had this issue when i was with other networks until i came here 2 days ive been trying too upgrade

It does sound odd that all phone's are showing as out of stock.

Which make and model of phone are you wanting to go for?
